Allan Idd Jensen has extensive experience in the maritime and hydrographic sectors, currently serving as Kontorchef and previously in various leadership roles at Geodatastyrelsen since April 2016. With a background as Deputy Fleet Manager and Nautical Editor at Royal Arctic Line A/S from 1996 to 2016, Allan has experience in ship management, security planning, and compliance with maritime regulations. Additionally, involvement in the Danish Shipowners Accident Insurance Association and the Danish Ice-Breaking Council highlights contributions to industry standards and safety. Education includes a Master Mariner degree from Svendborg Navigationsskole and early training as a Deck Cadet from Kogtved Søfartsskole.
