Karol Partyka currently serves as the Sr Country Manager for Norway and Finland and Managing Director for Norway at Danish Crown, a position held since January 2017. Previously, Karol held the role of Country Manager at GROHE for a brief period in 2016 and was the Managing Director at Vaasan Norge AS from February 2012 to March 2016. Earlier experience includes Sales Manager roles at Lantmännen and The Coca-Cola Company, alongside positions as Country Manager for Mattel Northern Europe and Key Account Manager at Arvid Nordquist HAB and Jensen & Co AS. With a wealth of experience in sales and country management, Karol is recognized for total operational management in Norway and active participation in the Nordic leadership team.
