Thomas Ingerslev has a diverse work experience. Thomas worked at Danica Pension from 2016 to the present, serving as the Head of Alternative Investments since December 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at the company, including Chief Investment Director and Investment Director. At Danica Pension, they gained expertise in alternative investments, fund structuring, regulatory matters, and legal advising.

Before joining Danica Pension, they worked as a Junior Lecturer at Copenhagen Business School from 2015 to 2017. Thomas also gained legal experience at Kromann Reumert, where they served as an Attorney in the Banking and Finance Group from 2010 to 2016. Thomas advised banks and corporates on various matters, including loan agreements, DCM transactions, and regulatory issues.
