Jann Hoffmann is an experienced leader in contact centre management with a strong background in optimisation and project implementation. Currently serving as the Head of Danicalinjen at Danica Pension since May 2023, Jann's previous roles include Head of Traffic Tower at Telia, where responsibilities included contact centre optimisation and operation management. Jann has also held various leadership positions at Danske Bank, focusing on planning and project portfolio management, as well as management support. Prior experience at YouSee included directing business intelligence efforts. Jann holds multiple degrees, including a Graduate Diploma in Finance from Copenhagen Business School and an Executive Education certificate from London Business School, complemented by a rich educational background in business administration, marketing, and knowledge management.
