Renzo Sbalchiero is a seasoned professional in the field of User Experience with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a UX Lead at Danfoss since July 2022, Renzo previously held the role of Design Operations Manager at InvestCloud Private Banking from 2021 to June 2022, following a notable tenure at Finantix from 2001 to 2021, where roles included UX Team Manager, UX Design Lead, and UX Architect. Early career experiences include positions as an Analyst Programmer at Finantix (INFOservice) and at various companies including Messaggero Distribuzione and Gruppo Formula. Renzo holds a Diploma in Informatica from I.T.I.S. "C. Zuccante" and has pursued professional education in User Experience and Interaction Design through The Interaction Design Foundation since 2013.
