Rajeev Rajan is an experienced professional in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as Factory Head and Head of Production at Danfoss since November 2022, leading a team in the manufacture of gasketed plate heat exchangers. Prior to this role, Rajeev held various leadership positions at Danfoss from August 2007 to December 2021, including Sr. Manager - APAC Regional Manufacturing Technology, focusing on process improvement and project management for new production lines. Rajeev's experience also includes establishing manufacturing departments, training engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards during earlier roles such as Supply Chain Manager and Manager Production. Rajeev began the career at Indian Refrigeration Industries as an Assistant Production Engineer and further expanded expertise at Applicomp (Ind) Limited as Deputy Manager Production. Rajeev holds an MBA from Anna University and a Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
