Oneisha Chapman currently serves as Head of Finance Operations at Dandy since April 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Manager of Procurement & Fulfillment Operations. Prior experience includes multiple roles at McMaster-Carr from December 2018 to March 2022, such as Senior Operations Manager, Project Manager, Customer Service Operations Manager, and Operations Supervisor. Prior to that, a significant tenure at GE from June 2013 to December 2018 consisted of positions including CSA Materials Manager - Drilling Services and Lead Procurement Planner, alongside participation in the Operations Management Leadership Program. Oneisha Chapman's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
