Aleksandr Kharshan is an experienced associate attorney at D'ANDRE LAW LLP since September 2015, specializing in workers' compensation defense through various responsibilities such as depositions, pleadings, hearings, and settlement negotiations. Prior to this role, Kharshan worked as a contract attorney at FTI Consulting, focusing on compliance and Russian language document reviews, and served as a law clerk at Miller Starr Regalia, where document analysis and legal research on real estate issues were key tasks.
