Sharon Chokuda is an experienced billing administrator currently employed at Dandemutande Private Limited since April 2023. Previously, Sharon held various roles in IT billing and graduate training at NetOne Cellular Private Limited from January 2020 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Support Technician at Amai Mugabe group of schools and as a Customer Service Representative focusing on technical support at ZOL Zimbabwe. Additionally, Sharon has served as a VoIP Technician at Telecontract Pvt Ltd and completed an IT internship at the Parliament of Zimbabwe. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Midlands State University and a CCNA certification in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from St. George's Cisco Academy.
