Raymond Sinatra Jr. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and learning development. Currently serving as Senior Customer Success Manager at D2L since 2021, Raymond previously held various positions at NetSuite from 2016 to 2021, including Senior Manager for Customer Success Enablement. With a strong foundation in training and development, Raymond worked as a Training Consultant at Robert Half, where operational improvements were implemented at the request of senior leadership.
