Ron Sweetser is an experienced professional in the culinary sector, currently serving as the Cocoa Sourcing and Quality Manager at Dandelion Chocolate since August 2015, where responsibilities have included managing a team of over ten chocolate makers and overseeing production goals. Prior to this role, Ron also held positions as R&D Operations Manager and Production Manager/Lead Chocolate Maker at the same company. From November 2001 to August 2015, Ron was self-employed as a private chef and instructor, engaging in various food-related activities such as catering, recipe development, and teaching, and contributed to a series of cookbooks in the United Kingdom. Ron holds a Diploma in Food and Wine with First Class Honors from Leiths School of Food and Wine, completed between 2001 and 2002.
