As Co-Founder and CEO of Ignite - Engagement Solutions since January 2022, Doug has been instrumental in driving innovation in engagement solutions. Previously, Doug co-founded Dancor Solutions in June 2011, where multiple roles have been held, including Co-Founder & CTO and Chief Technology Officer, demonstrating expertise in emerging technologies. Doug's career also includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Dancor Inc. from 2008 to 2010, showcasing a strong foundation in technology management and leadership.
