Karina Pultz is a seasoned professional in human rights and political science with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Rights Advisor at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp (DanChurchAid), Karina leads initiatives such as the Tech for Human Rights Working Group and the Action Coalition for Women Human Rights Defenders, while supporting country offices in implementing a human rights-based approach. Concurrently, Karina holds positions as a censor and ekstern lektor at the University of Copenhagen, focusing on human rights and development. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor at the Institut for Menneskerettigheder, MENA Programme Manager at the Danish Youth Council, and Project Coordinator at the Danish Institute for Parties and Democracy. Karina's educational background includes multiple master's degrees in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and Freie Universität Berlin, alongside specialized training in Systemic Process Management.
