Florian Steger serves as the Managing Director of Deutsche Telekom hubraum Fund GmbH, leading strategic early-stage venture investment activities and managing an international team across Berlin, Krakow, and Tel Aviv. Additionally, Florian is an Executive Board Member of Deutsche Telekom Venture Studio Ltd., a joint venture focused on launching next-generation tech startups. Since 2024, Florian has held multiple investment roles in several companies, including phelas, Salvador Technologies, Audiotool, DeepSkill GmbH, inStreamly, PhyTunes Inc, MonoLets, Inc, apryl, and DanceFight. Florian's academic credentials include a degree in Private Equity & Venture Capital from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, alongside diplomas in International Management from Cranfield School of Management and Boston College Carroll School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Middlesex University.
