Naritha Rhiyane Balgis Sopaheluwakan is a seasoned professional in human capital management with extensive experience at Danareksa since September 2019, where roles have included Human Capital Manager for Talent Management and Recruitment, as well as positions focused on employee relations. Prior to Danareksa, Naritha worked as a Quality Control professional at Daya Dimensi Indonesia from September 2018 to September 2019. An early career included mentorship at Binus Student Learning Community and participation as a Liaison Officer for the 2013 Asian English Olympics with the BINUS English Club. Naritha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from BINUS University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
