Dika Pratama is a seasoned Human Capital Senior Manager at PT Danareksa (Persero) since June 2011, with expertise in organization development, talent management for the Danareksa Group, workload analysis, and performance management. Dika has contributed to various projects including integrated talent management, human capital management systems, job evaluation, and executive salary surveys, as well as conducting internal surveys related to employee engagement and corporate culture. Additionally, Dika's background includes an internship in the marketing division at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Dika holds a Bachelor's degree in Management of Telecommunication and Informatics Business from Telkom University and a Senior High School degree in Science from Al Azhar BSD.
