Peyman Moradshahi is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in electrification, software engineering, and mechatronics. Currently serving as the Director of EV Systems and Software at Dana Incorporated, Peyman oversees global core system engineering and Dana’s software factory while ensuring compliance with Functional Safety, Cyber Security, and Agile methodologies. Prior roles include senior positions at BorgWarner Inc. and AAM, focusing on system compliance and electronic control systems, respectively. Peyman began a career in software engineering with expertise in program development, diagnostic tools, and research at Ryerson University and has accumulated significant industry credentials, bolstered by a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree from Ryerson University.
