Delbert (Butch) Newhouse is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Dana Incorporated since June 2022, Newhouse previously held positions at Faurecia, including Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, from January 2018 to June 2022. Prior to that, Newhouse worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ford Motor Company from January 1994 to July 2017. Newhouse holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
