Najla Al-Midfa is a prominent figure in the entrepreneurial landscape, currently serving as Vice-Chairperson and CEO of Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa) since January 2016. Najla holds board member positions at Dana Gas, Emirates Development Bank, and United Arab Bank, and is an Eisenhower Fellow and a fellow of The Aspen Institute's Middle East Leadership Initiative. Past leadership roles include Vice Chairman of Young Arab Leaders and Founder of Khayarat, a career development platform linking Emirati talent with companies. Najla's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Manager at Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development and a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company. Najla earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BSc(Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Bath.
