Sogol Ramezani has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and customer service. Sogol started their career as a Help Desk Support Technician at Utopia in April 2012 and worked there until April 2013. Following that, they worked at Bank Pasargad as a Help Desk Specialist from April 2013 to December 2013. In 2015, they joined Iran Kish Credit Card Co(Kiccc) as a Technical Customers Support Engineer and worked there until October 2016. Sogol then moved on to MTN Irancell, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer from November 2016 to July 2022. Currently, they are employed at Dana Energy as a Service Desk Engineer since August 2022.
Sogol Ramezani earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware Engineering from Islamic Azad University from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including a Certified Linux Administrator (LPIC-1) from Fanavaran Anisa in April 2023, an MCSE from Cando Danesh in October 2015, an MCITP from Cybertech Co. in November 2013, a CCNA from Cybertech Co. in May 2013, Laptop Troubleshooting certification from موسسه روزنه دانش آیندگان in August 2011, PC Troubleshooting certification from موسسه روزنه دانش آیندگان in August 2011, and Adobe Photoshop (CS4) certification from مجتمع فنی تهران in September 2010.
