Hauke Holm has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 2000, they started working as the Managing Director at fjord-e-design GmbH, a position they held for 13 years until 2012. In 2013, they joined Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH as the VP of R&D, and later became the CTO in an unspecified year. Their tenure at Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH lasted until May 2019. In 2019, they moved to DAMM Cellular Systems, where they initially served as Deputy CTO before being promoted to the role of VP Solutions in October 2021.

Hauke Holm completed their education at Hochschule Flensburg from 1994 to 1998. During this time, they earned a Dipl. Ing degree in mobile communication.
