Michel Sawadogo has extensive experience in public health and tuberculosis control, currently serving as Assistant Technique at Action Damien since September 2008, focusing on planning, monitoring, and evaluation of tuberculosis and leprosy programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Health in Burundi. Previously, from October 2002 to August 2008, Michel was a Médecin Santé Publique at the Programme National Tuberculose, where responsibilities included supervision and evaluation of tuberculosis control efforts, particularly concerning co-infections like TB/HIV and MDR-TB. Michel holds a Doctorate in Medicine from Université Médicale Bogomolets de Kiev and a DES from Université Libre de Bruxelles, along with a BAC from Collège de Tounouma.
