Kiley Petersen has extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality, academic, and editorial sectors. Currently serving as a Wait Assistant at Cafe and Bar Lurcat with D'Amico & Sons since November 2017, Kiley previously worked as an Expeditor at Sea Change Restaurant, managing communication between kitchen staff and guests. Kiley's background includes significant research experience as a Research Assistant at Oberlin College, focusing on cultural resilience and climate change in the Arctic. Additionally, Kiley held editorial positions at The Oberlin Review, overseeing production and personnel as Managing Editor, and working as an Editorial Intern at Tiger Oak Media, where editing and writing for Minnesota Business magazine were key responsibilities. Kiley's commitment to community engagement is highlighted by an internship with OPAL Environmental Justice Oregon. Kiley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Oberlin College, obtained in 2017.
