Bart Koole is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as Team Lead Asset Management Design at Damen since September 2017, where responsibility includes overseeing a multidisciplinary team. Prior to this role, Bart worked as a Project Engineer Services, managing spare parts packages for new-built orders. Bart's career includes a position as Transport Engineer at Royal IHC, focusing on marine transport issues and technical documentation, with tasks involving creating lifting plans for cutter suction dredgers. Earlier experiences include serving as a 3rd Officer at P&O Ferries, coordinating loading operations, and training periods as a Maritime Officer with Maersk Line and JR Shipping. Bart holds a BMO / Ing degree in Maritime Operations from HZ University of Applied Sciences and has completed education at the Koninklijk Instituut voor de Marine and Montessori Lyceum Herman Jordan.
