Roger Willis is an experienced professional in innovation product management and strategic technology leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation Product Management at Input Output (IOHK) since April 2024, Roger has previously contributed to protocol architecture and smart contract development at DAM and held the position of Head of Platform Strategy at Generative Engineering in its stealth phase. Notably, Roger spent five years at R3 growing and sustaining the company's technical advantage. Founder and Director of Triplentry, Roger developed accounting and audit products utilizing cryptography. Additionally, Roger co-founded FwdFactory, focusing on consumer and business products, and offered consulting services for various clients. Roger's earlier roles include significant positions at EY in forensic data analytics and auditing, along with teaching English in China. Roger holds a BSc in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Durham University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant through ICAS.
