Sofia Andresen has over 20 years of experience in customer service and sales roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Customer Service Agent at Dalux since February 2021, Sofia previously worked as an Inside Sales Agent and customer service representative at Farnell Electronics from November 2016 to January 2021. Prior to that, Sofia held positions as Store Manager at Norli Gruppen AS from August 2013 to October 2016 and as a Retail Salesperson at both Norli and Libris. Sofia's career began in retail at Wettergrens Bokhandel AB from November 2001 to February 2003, followed by a decade at Bokia AB, where multiple roles in different locations contributed to extensive proficiency in the retail sector.
