Rav Kumar is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and drug discovery sectors, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Dalriada Drug Discovery since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Director, Assistant Professor, and Advisor at the University of Toronto's Centre for Medicinal Chemistry from January 2019 to August 2023, and Chief Scientific Officer at The Green Organic Dutchman from January 2019 to March 2021. Rav Kumar also held the position of Managing Director at Apotex Inc. from January 2016 to December 2018, leading over 2,000 professionals at the Bangalore campus and establishing a Global Business Services center in Mumbai. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President at GSK from 1991 to December 2015, where contributions included the development of R&D capabilities in Canada and involvement in the GlaxoWellcome merger.
