Jef Tingley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both zoology and communications. Currently serving as a Zoologist at the Dallas Zoo since June 2019, Jef Tingley also operates Jef Tingley Communications, a venture established in August 2006. Prior roles include Marketing Director at the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas from August 2002 to July 2006, Media Relations Specialist at The Powell Group in 2001-2002, and Promotions Manager at Paula McClure's Mood Spa from 1999 to 2001. Jef Tingley holds a degree from The University of New Mexico, where education was completed from 1993 to 1997.
