Vanessa Bautista, MBA, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner for both the Dallas Wings and Panther City Lacrosse Club since August 2022. With a solid background in human resources, Vanessa previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at WellHealth, where responsibilities included developing a fully functional HR department and overseeing the recruiting process. Additionally, Vanessa has been an Educational Consultant at Ennova Learning Solutions since June 2015, focusing on career and college planning for high school students. Vanessa's earlier experience as a Sales Associate at DK Foot & Casual enhanced strong interpersonal skills. Vanessa holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas.
