Jack T. Niland is a Manager of Public Policy at the Dallas Regional Chamber since April 2023, previously serving as a Program and Events Coordinator in the same field. Niland held leadership roles as Vice President and Vice President of Risk Management for Sigma Phi Epsilon from December 2020 to November 2022. Additional experience includes working as an Associate at Mark Smith Public Affairs and serving as a Legislative Assistant for Speaker Pro-Tempore Joseph Moody during the 86th Legislative Session at the Texas House of Representatives. Niland was also a member of the Texas Christian University football team from June 2019 to August 2020. Niland earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas Christian University, complemented by a summer study abroad program in Political Science and Economics at John Cabot University. Educational background includes attendance at Coronado High School in El Paso and IMG Academy.
