Mar Butler serves as the Executive Chair for the Dallas Teens Coalition, a position held since November 2023 under Dallas Park and Recreation, aiming to enhance wellness centers for youth initiatives. As the Founder and CEO of Truth Restore Empower Evolve, Inc. since September 2022, Mar Butler leads a community leadership development program focused on combating poverty, crime, and incarceration among young individuals in disenfranchised communities. Additionally, Mar Butler is the Principal Managing Partner at Butler & Royal LLC, a real estate development and acquisitions firm established in February 2022. Previous experience includes a role as Nonprofit Consultant for Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. from July 2022 to July 2023 and Program Director from 2015 to 2019. Mar Butler holds an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis and Operations from US Business School.
