Candice Hicks-Coleman currently serves as the Executive Chief of Staff at the Dallas Mavericks, a position held since March 2018, and has also held the title of Director of Human Resources within the organization. Prior to joining the Dallas Mavericks, Candice served as an HR Manager at AT&T. Candice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Dillard University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Southern California.
