William Snyder is an experienced EEO Investigator currently serving at the Dallas Independent School District since July 2018, and previously held the title of Certified EEO Investigator until retirement on March 31, 2021. Additionally, William Snyder has been a Civil Rights Specialist at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission since April 2010. William Snyder earned a Master of Science degree in Public Administration from The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College between 1996 and 2001.
