Klein Kubiak has been with the Dallas Cowboys since May 2019, when they were hired as National Scout/Special Projects. Prior to that, they worked for the Denver Broncos Football Organization from May 2016 to May 2019 as Southwest Area Scout. Klein also worked as Player Personnel Assistant from May 2015 to May 2016 and as Front Office/Personnel Intern from April 2014 to May 2015. Klein Kubiak's other professional experience includes a Finance Internship at The McNair Group from May 2013 to August 2013 and a Salary Cap Internship at the Houston Texans from May 2012 to June 2012. Klein began their career in sports interning for the Director of Compliance at Rice University from May 2011 to July 2011.

Klein Kubiak graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Management.
