Katie Madden has a diverse range of work experience. Katie most recently served as the Director of Marketing at the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center, where they worked to reduce the re-victimization of child abuse cases and enhance criminal prosecution. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Marketing & Development at LifeHouse of Houston, Inc., a Christ-centered ministry that provides support for pregnant women. Katie also worked at Quanta Services, Inc. as a Purchasing Card Analyst and Treasury Assistant. Katie gained experience in the IT industry as an Associate Account Manager at Collabera Inc. In addition, they served as a Legislative Intern for State Senator José RodrÃguez and as a Program Intern at Scotty's House Child Advocacy Center.
Katie Madden pursued their education at Texas A&M University from 2014 to 2018. Katie obtained both a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree during their time there. Their areas of study included Political Science and Government as well as Women & Gender Studies. Prior to attending Texas A&M University, Katie also obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma from The International Baccalaureate in June 2014.
