Ashley Penrod has extensive experience in finance and asset management, currently serving as Associate Director of Credit & Asset Management for Deutsche Bank at Trimont since January 2022. In addition to this role, Ashley has been a Dallas CASA Advocate since November 2021 and completed the Dana Juett Residency at Social Venture Partners Dallas in June 2022, which focuses on developing philanthropic leaders. Prior experience includes working as a Multifamily Acquisitions Associate at Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating and underwriting multifamily investments, and as an Asset Management Analyst at UL Coleman Companies, contributing to acquisitions and market research. Ashley began professional endeavors at the Louisiana Tech Graduate Office as an Assistant to the Dean. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
