Esther Galuban is an HR Specialist at The Dallas Arboretum & Botanic Garden since March 2023. Previous roles include teaching math to 4-5 year olds at Growing IQ from May 2022 to March 2023 and managing social media for Kona Reserve Coffee until March 2023. Esther contributed to user research for a product with Aperio Insights and improved operations at nThrive by analyzing accounts receivable systems. Additional experience includes positions at CBD American Shaman, a marketing internship at the University of North Texas, and barista duties at Starbucks. Esther holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Design & Analysis from the University of North Texas, completed in 2022, and a high school diploma from Allen High School.
