Massimo Stellato began their work experience in 2009 at Dallara, where they held various roles. Massimo started as a Vehicle Systems Performance Engineer, where they focused on sizing and layout definition of cooling systems for different types of vehicles. Massimo also managed suppliers and customers and used 1D multi-physics simulation models for vehicle dynamics, thermal analysis, and range calculation. Eventually, they became the Head of Vehicle Systems Engineering, leading a team and overseeing the development of holistic and thermal methodologies for vehicle systems simulation. Massimo also managed research and development activities.
In 2014, Stellato briefly worked at PREMA Racing as a Performance Engineer for Formula Renault 2.0.
During the same year, they had a short stage at Modelon.
Massimo Stellato holds a Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering from the Università di Pisa, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calabria, and a Scientific high School Diploma from Scientific High School Pitagora in Rende, Italy.
