Grace Jefferies-Aldridge currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Dalhousie University since November 2023. Previously, Grace held the role of Client Service Director in HR at the Government of Nova Scotia's Public Service Commission from August 2022 to November 2023. Grace's extensive experience in Human Resources includes various leadership positions at Halifax Regional Municipality from May 2017 to August 2022, and a role as HR/Employee Relations Specialist at Canada Post from September 2016 to May 2017. Prior to that, Grace held multiple Human Resources roles within the Government of Canada from May 2008 to May 2017, spanning various federal departments. Grace's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dalhousie University, advanced studies in Human Resources, and several certificates in related fields.
