Jake Nestola currently serves as the Director of Property Management and Compliance as well as the Head of Construction at Dalan Real Estate since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jake held positions at JM Zoning LLC from April 2018 to July 2022, progressing from Project Manager to Assistant Project Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Mechanic at Hot Stuff Spa Service Inc from May 2014 to April 2018 and an internship at Forte Capital Group from May 2016 to May 2017. Jake earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, completing the program in 2017.
