Annette Kleiser has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in business development and consulting. Annette is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Dalan Animal Health, Inc. since December 2018. Before that, they worked as a Business Consultant at Kleiser Consulting since July 2014.

Prior to their consulting role, Annette held several positions at the University of Southern California. From July 2013 to August 2014, they served as the Assistant Director for Strategic Alliances, Corporate Collaborations & Faculty Engagement. Annette then moved on to become the Assistant Director for New Ventures & Alliances at the USC Stevens Center for Innovation from December 2011 to June 2013. From June 2009 to December 2011, they were a Senior Business Development and Licensing Associate at the USC Stevens Institute for Innovation.

Before joining the University of Southern California, Annette worked in the pharmaceutical industry. From August 2007 to September 2008, they held the role of VP Business Development at Allon Therapeutics Inc. Prior to that, they were the VP of Licensing at Epigenomics Inc. from February 2006 to August 2007.

Annette began their career at Amgen Inc. as a Senior Manager Licensing, where they worked from 2002 to 2005. Annette started their professional journey as a Manager at the University of Washington in 1999.

Annette Kleiser holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. No specific dates or field of study are provided for their education at this institution.
