Lyle Jenkins is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with a robust background in engineering design and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager at DAL-TECH ENGINEERING INC. since June 2023 and as Town Engineer for the Town of Sunnyvale since June 2018, Lyle has a strong focus on Capital Improvement Projects, contract setup, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Previously, Lyle held positions including Drainage and Development Engineer at the City of Garland and Senior Technical Professional at Halliburton, showcasing expertise in floodplain management, water resource projects, and commercial development. Lyle's early career involved significant project management roles at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. and McKeehan Engineering, Inc., contributing to approximately 100 projects in both residential and commercial sectors. Lyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
