Elsadig Abdallah is an experienced engineering professional with a background in electrical and electronics engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at DAL Food since November 2020, Abdallah has progressed through various roles within the company, including Process Engineer and Plant Operator, starting in 2015. Prior experience includes electrical maintenance at Alassad Ltd and a supervisory role with the African Union. Abdallah holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from Omdurman Islamic University, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Bahri.
