Ahmed Algubar is a seasoned Quality Control Analyst with extensive experience in the dairy industry, currently working at DAL Food since December 2019, focusing on microbiological analysis of dairy products and contamination source identification. Previously, Ahmed held a similar role at DAL FOOD - Dairy CAPO from December 2018 to November 2023, responsible for raw milk sample collection and acceptance decisions based on company standards, as well as maintaining hygiene according to GMP guidelines. Early experience includes a position as a Quality Analyst at DAL Food Milk Collection Center, where responsibilities included testing for antibiotics and fat content, monitoring cooling processes, and reporting unusual results. Ahmed holds an agricultural biotechnology degree from the University of Sinnar and is currently pursuing a Higher Diploma at Sudan University of Science and Technology.
