Anouk Zijnstra is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Operationeel HR-Director at DaklaPack Europe since 2021. Prior to this role, Anouk worked as a Trajectbegeleider Mobiliteit at Care Group and held various positions at Witteveen Mobiliteitsgroep, culminating in a diverse set of responsibilities as HR-manager, Projectleider, KAM-Coördinator, and Operationeel Manager. Other notable experiences include roles as a Senior Consultant at Unique, Consultant Bouw & Installatie at USG Engineering NL, and Recruitment Consultant at PEAK-IT. Anouk was also the Managing Consultant at Xelvin, where the unique Talent Development Program, TOP-X, was founded. Education includes a degree in Arbeidsrecht from NCOI Opleidingen and a bachelor’s in HBO Office Management from Schoevers, supplemented by various training courses and certifications in management and occupational health.
