Matthew Harman is a seasoned manufacturing and application engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications and automotive industries. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at Dakkota Integrated Systems since September 2022, Matthew focuses on reducing equipment downtime and creating essential documentation such as Process Flow and Standard Operating Procedures. Matthew previously held the position of Application Engineer at Test Products, Inc., where responsibilities included analyzing vehicle wiring diagrams and developing application test software for North American automotive assembly plants. Additional roles include Field Technician for Samsung Electronics and T-Mobile, where expertise in installation, testing, and troubleshooting wireless systems was demonstrated. Matthew's foundational experience includes serving as an Interior Communications Technician in the US Navy. Matthew holds a Certificate in Broadcast Video from Specs@LTU and a high school diploma from Lincoln Park High School.
