Daniela Buitkamp is a seasoned UX Consultant with extensive experience spanning over a decade in user experience research and design. Currently serving as a Freelance UX Consultant, Senior Research + Concept at DAK Deutsche Angestellten-Krankenkasse since January 2020, Daniela has previously held similar roles at prominent organizations including Zeppelin Lab GmbH, ERGO Group AG, Galeria Kaufhof GmbH, and airberlin, where responsibilities included establishing usability laboratories and implementing new UX methods. Additionally, Daniela worked as a Freelance Team Lead UX at HRS - Das Hotelportal, leading UX research and architecture initiatives, and served as a Product Owner for layout and design at trivago. The career began at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) as a UX Architect, showcasing a strong foundation in concept and design development within complex environments.
