Steven Shotts has held a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, they began working at Shotts Tax & Bookkeeping as an Operations Manager & Small Business Specialist, Tax Preparer, and Full Charge Bookkeeper. In 2013, they took on the role of Board Treasurer at Sports Club- Corpus Christi. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Bunker Branding Co., where they provided visionary leadership for a merchandising start-up company and spearheaded the development of a vertically integrated business model. Currently, Steven is the Director of Design Operations EU at Daito Design and Co-Owner at Graze Amsterdam.

Steven Shotts graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
