Kelly Carver has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kelly began their career in 1999 as a Senior Customer Accounts Manager/Acting Team Leader at Genesis Communications, where they focused on increasing revenue through relationship development and providing excellent customer service. Kelly then progressed to the role of Customer Relationship Manager at Genesis Communications in 2001, where they managed a large client base and built strong relationships with revenue-driven customers.

In 2005, Kelly joined Outsourcery as a Service Relationship Team Manager, leading a team of managers and personally managing high-profile accounts to ensure exceptional customer service and drive business growth. Kelly later moved on to Daisy Wholesale in 2014, where they held roles such as Head of Customer Service and Head of Service Relationships. In these positions, they played a crucial role in improving customer advocacy scores, establishing measurement systems, and driving the delivery of excellent levels of service.

Since 2012, Kelly has been with Giacom, first as Head of Engagement and later taking up additional responsibilities in the same role. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their ability to drive results, build strong partner relationships, and lead and motivate teams.

Kelly Carver attended Hawarden High School from 1989 to 1995, where they completed A levels and GCSE's. Kelly then went on to study at the University of Central Lancashire from 1995 to 1998, earning a BA Hons in Management.
