Darren Rudge has extensive experience in business continuity management, currently serving as the BC Recovery Centre Manager at Daisy Group since June 2015, overseeing daily operations, site infrastructure, and client disaster recovery invocations. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of BC Recovery Centre Manager and Business Continuity Specialist at Phoenix (IT Infrastructure Services) from 2008 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing support teams and coordinating client rehearsals. Earlier experience as an Infrastructure Engineer at NDR (Network Disaster Recovery) in 2007 involved maintaining IT and site facilities operationally. Darren Rudge holds a City & Guilds qualification in Install Information Technology Products from West Thames College (1996-1997).
